Buckner Westminster Place was a very good fit for my mother in law. The help was wonderful and that is what really made the place. We had a few issues with the phone and we could not get through to people in the memory care unit, but they were doing remodeling so that is temporary. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Seniorly can help explain what a checklist is used for and why to use it. There don't seem to be too many staff members there who seem to care about much, have very bad attitudes can be mean to their patients for asking for something. Can't seem to find the right person to talk to about some problems or just to try and get information. I know every place is under staffed but could try to be a little more pleasant or just move on to another job if you don't like the job there. Came to visit my sister couple days before Christmas.
